The Day Before – $1,000
A 11 AM – 11 PM rental including all wedding package items for rehearsal dinner, rehearsal, decoration,
setup, and rental drop off.
Set Up – $500 or quote
A crew to set up all Overlook package items.
Cocktail Hour Flip –
Starting at $250 (quote based)
Venue Staff to move package items to reception placement (moving chairs or tables for reception).
Fire Wood – $175
A stack of firewood by fire pit.
Propane Tanks – Quote Price (normally $40 a tank).
Up to 5 tanks full and installed into on site heaters. Price depending on the amount of heaters and market
price,
Cottages at the vista (Eight on site cottages) – $199 – $249
The venue has eight cottages available to clients and wedding guests. Some amenities include golf carts,
hot tubs, and screened porches. Discounts available for bulking booking 10% for four cottages and 15% for all eight cottages.
The Vista House – $190 – $250
A home walking distance from Overlook with 3 bedrooms and open floor plan with living room and kitchen.
Based on availability and seasonally available to wedding clients.
Early Arrival – $200 an hour.
The earliest we will open the bridal suite is 6 AM based on availability.
Next Day Pick Up
Pick up completed by 10 AM – $175
Pick up completed by 2 PM – $375
Pick Up completed by 6 PM – $550
This is for clients that would like to leave items at the venue overnight and pick them up the day after the
event. This must be scheduled in advance. Booking pending availability.
Rental items / Vendors storing items at the venue – $35 per vendor per day.

What's Included
✅ Exclusive use of venue from 8:00 AM – Midnight the day of event.
✅ Use of full venue facilities including the pavilion, glass studio, bridal & groomsmen suite, and lawn.
✅ 20 Round tables and 200 white chairs to seat up to 200 guests.
✅ Eight cocktail tables to enhance your cocktail hour or post-ceremony mingling.
✅ Rolling bar for beverage service. Mobile handmade cross for altar.
✅ Fireplace, fire pit, and heat lamps for outdoor pavilion (for colder months).
✅ A two hour rehearsal on a non-event day.
✅ Venue staff put away venue package items (furniture) at the end of the event.
✅ A 2 hour block for either bridal portriats or engagment photos on the property.

Wedding Package Information
The Overlook at The Vista is situated on 178 acres of a beautiful, family-owned equestrian facility known as The Vista. Conveniently located less than 20 minutes from downtown Aiken, our venue offers a scenic and serene setting for any occasion.
You can find us off Highway 78 (Charleston Highway) by turning onto the paved Old Tory Trail. Our entrance is approximately 10 minutes down the road, clearly marked with a large green sign that reads: “Overlook at The Vista.”
Main Venue Requirements
Here are a few things that we require to see if our venue is a fit for you!
- A day of coordinator or wedding planner not participating as a guests at the wedding.
- For any alcohol consumption at any point a liability insured bartender to serve and handle all alcoholic beverages.
- A liability insured caterer.
- The client must purchase Day of Event insurance.

Booking
To book with our venue we require a non-refundable deposit and a signed contract.
We offer online and in person payments.
- 1 Deposit is half of the wedding package cost and is due at booking and is non refundable.
- 2 Deposit is due 30 days from you event.
- Damage Deposit is a $500 Cashier’s check we hold in the case of fining or damage that is fully refundable.
